The Pet Dimension ships packages through XXXX. You are subject to the XXXX rates calculated through their rate calculator at checkout. XXXX estimated delivery time for Home Delivery is 1 to 7 days. The Pet Dimension is not responsible if deliveries take longer than expected.
To be eligThe Pet Dimension does not hold or accept responsibility for any packages or returns that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please be sure you check with neighbors or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

- Treats & Chews
These items must be in original packaging and return to us as they arrived. Refunds will not be processed until items are received and inspected. If products appear to be used, The Pet Dimension will not provide a refund. Return shipping costs will not be covered.

What if my consumable product(s) are defective?
At The Pet Dimension our goal is to provide the highest quality products to you and your pet. We will address any legitimate defects with consumable products as necessary on a case by case basis.
Late or missing refunds
What if my product(s) arrive damaged?
The Pet Dimension will accept returns on goods damaged in transit, but we must receive notification of any damaged item(s) within 24 hours of delivery.
Who will cover the cost of shipping for returns?
The Pet Dimension does not provide return labels in packaging. Short of a legitimate product defect or recall, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
